Rotary's Action Plan
Rotary's mission is to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our dedicated efforts in Foundation, Membership, and Public Image. As we strive to create lasting change, we are guided by Rotary's Action Plan, which includes four key priorities:
INCREASE OUR IMPACT
Core Priorities and Objectives: Eradicate polio and leverage its legacy, focus on programs and offerings that have a wider impact, and improve the ability to achieve and measure impact.
Our Foundation advances world understanding, goodwill, and peace by promoting peace, fighting disease, providing clean water, saving mothers and children, supporting education, and growing local economies.
EXPAND OUR REACH
Core Priorities and Objectives: Grow and diversify membership and participation, create new channels into Rotary, and build awareness of Rotary's brand.
We expand our reach by growing our membership, engaging members, and promoting diversity and inclusion to reflect the communities we serve.
ENHANCE PARTICIPANT ENGAGEMENT
Core Priorities and Objectives: Support clubs in engaging members, develop participant-centered approaches, and provide leadership development
We enhance participant engagement by raising awareness of Rotary's impact, sharing success stories, and ensuring consistent and positive representation of our brand.
INCREASE OUR ABILITY TO ADAPT
Core Priorities and Objectives: Build a culture of research and innovation, and streamline governance and structures.
Rotary thrives when we adapt to the needs of our communities. Creating new clubs allows us to reach more people, explore new models, and ensure Rotary remains vibrant and relevant for generations to come.
